The composite fire proof glass is a special glass which is composed of two layers of ordinary float glass and transparent flame retardant adhesive. Its principle of fire prevention is that under fire conditions, the flame retardant adhesive gradually foams and expands until carbonization, forming a protective layer with very small thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation, which prevents the flame from spreading to the back fire zone. Reducing the thermal radiation of the flame on the back fire surface, thus protecting the integrity of the back fire surface articles and playing the role of safety and fire prevention. The transparent flame retardant adhesive is made of self-made crosslinking agent and oxidation-reductive two-component initiator, etc. The composite fire-proof glass with stable appearance, wide applicable temperature range, good fire resistance, good transmittance, heat resistance, cold resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance, impact resistance and so on was obtained by grouting method.

Properties of composite fire resistant glass:

1. Good flame retardancy: fire-resistant adhesive is non-combustible material, which can prevent the spread of fire very well.
