1. Preliminary contact
Customer provided information: The customer contacts the factory through phone, email, online customer service, and other means to explain their general needs.
Factory professional guidance: Sales will proactively inquire about core information and conduct summary and verification.

2. Technical parameter confirmation
Size specifications: Provide accurate length (L) x width (W) x thickness (T) units, typically in millimeters (mm).
Shape requirement: Is it rectangular or irregular? Accurate CAD drawings or DXF files are required for irregular glass.

3. Processing technology
Tempering: Strength requirements (fully tempered/semi tempered).
Grinding edge: Is it grinding edge (straight edge, round edge, oblique edge, etc.)
Drilling/slotting: hole diameter, quantity, and position; Slot size and position (drawings must be provided for confirmation).
Coating/Interlayer/Hollow: Are there any other composite processes (such as Low-E glass, laminated glass, etc.)
