1. Scheme design and deepening
Engineers conduct reviews based on customer requirements to confirm technical feasibility. For complex processes, it may be necessary to communicate multiple times with customers to optimize the solution.
Provide machining drawings (machining drawings) to customers for confirmation, especially details such as hole positions and slotting, and obtain written confirmation from customers.

2. Quotation
Sales will calculate the cost based on the confirmed technical parameters (size, process, quantity, etc.) and provide a detailed quotation.
A quotation usually includes: product unit price, total price, payment method, delivery time, delivery location, etc.

3. Sign contract/order
After both parties confirm that the quotation, drawings, delivery time, etc. are correct, a formal purchase contract or sales order (PO) is signed.
Advance payment: Usually, customers need to pay a certain percentage of advance payment (such as 30% -50%) before the factory arranges procurement and production.
