On June 16, 2026, the China (Zhejiang)-Netherlands Economic and Trade Fair was held in Hangzhou, kicking off a week-long "Zhejiang Going Global" international trade and investment delegation trip (Netherlands special session) hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Nearly 150 business representatives from both China and abroad attended the meeting, including representatives from over 50 foreign companies who flew from the Netherlands to China for the event. Zhejiang Jingtai Glass Technology Co., Ltd., as one of the representative enterprises in Quzhou's special glass manufacturing industry, participated in the fair, showcasing its series of safe, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving special glass products for construction and engaging in face-to-face exchanges with Dutch merchants to actively expand into the European market.

Active Participation and Precise Matching of European Market Demands

The fair was hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Mr. Kang Ruxing, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Shanghai, and Ms. Xu Haiyan, President of the Netherlands-China Economic and Trade Promotion Association, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. During the meeting, participating companies conducted in-depth one-on-one exchanges on cooperation in areas such as logistics and transportation, modern agriculture, building materials, and the digital economy, reaching several preliminary cooperation intentions on-site.

Zhejiang Jingtai Glass Technology Co., Ltd., located at No. 56, Donggang 2nd Road, Intelligent Manufacturing New City, Quzhou City, was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 12 million yuan. Covering an area of over 60 acres, it is a glass deep-processing enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. At the trade fair, Jingtai Glass showcased its tempered glass, insulated energy-saving glass, Low-E glass, laminated glass, fireproof glass, bulletproof (anti-smashing) glass, nano-energy-saving glass, and intelligent dimming glass, among other products. These products are widely used in building curtain walls, civil doors and windows, security engineering, and power equipment, possessing safety, environmental protection, and energy-saving characteristics, which highly align with the strong demand for high-quality building materials in the Dutch market.

Strong Qualifications, Solid Foundation for Overseas Expansion

As a national high-tech enterprise, Jingtai Glass always prioritizes technological innovation and quality control. The company has a provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D center, a Quzhou City industrial design center, a Quzhou City expert workstation, and a Quzhou City postdoctoral workstation, and owns 86 independent intellectual property rights. The company has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certifications, and the integration of informatization and industrialization management system certification. It led the formulation of the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard 0277-2017, "Lightweight High-Transparency Bulletproof and Impact-Resistant Composite Glass," and passed the Zhejiang Manufacturing Quality Mark certification.

Of particular note, in March 2026, Jingtai Glass successfully obtained the EU CE certification for tempered glass, providing safety assurance and quality assurance for its tempered glass exports to the EU market. This certification lays a solid foundation for the company's in-depth participation in the recent Sino-Dutch economic and trade negotiations and for accurately connecting with European customers.

Looking to the Future: Accelerating Expansion in the European Market

Currently, Zhejiang and the Netherlands have a long history of cooperation, with fruitful results in trade, investment, and other fields. Zhejiang's strong outward-oriented characteristics and robust innovation momentum are highly compatible with the industrial characteristics of the Netherlands, indicating huge potential for cooperation. For Jingtai Glass, the Netherlands, as an important European construction market and trade hub, offers broad market prospects.

This appearance at the China (Zhejiang)-Netherlands Trade and Economic Fair is another important step for Jingtai Glass in expanding its international market, following its acquisition of EU CE certification in March 2026 and participation in the "Quzhou Buy" event for international buyers in early June. A company representative stated that they will use this fair as an opportunity to continue focusing on the European market's demand for safe, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly specialty glass products, increase R&D investment, improve product craftsmanship and quality control capabilities, and actively connect with builders, contractors, and traders in the Netherlands and other European countries to promote Quzhou specialty glass products to a broader international stage.
