We provided a full range of customized glass products for the core building complex of this project, including optoelectronic glass, fire-resistant composite glass, airtight insulated glass, and high-reflection digitally printed glass, helping to create a smart, low-carbon, and safe future technology hub.

Park Exhibition Center: Large-size Optoelectronic Imaging Glass Curtain Wall
The exterior facade of the exhibition center uses customized 10+12A+10mm double-layer irregularly shaped optoelectronic glass with a pixel pitch of P8 and a light transmittance maintained at 18%. During the day, the curtain wall presents a low-key metallic luster, blending into the park landscape; at night or during events, it can play high-definition promotional videos, park guides, and technology updates, with a surface brightness of 1500cd/m². This system also functions as a power generator, with a theoretical annual power generation of approximately 18 kWh/m². It integrates dynamic dimming technology, automatically adjusting light transmittance according to sunlight intensity to reduce indoor glare and air conditioning load.
R&D Office Building: High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Airtight Curtain Wall System
Addressing the energy-saving needs of the office building, a large area utilizes 8+12Ar+8 double-silver LOW-E ultra-clear insulated glass. Its light transmittance is controlled at 70%, effectively utilizing natural light; the heat transfer coefficient K-value is as low as 1.0 W/(m²·K), the infrared reflectivity exceeds 83% in summer, and it has excellent thermal insulation performance in winter. High-strength warm edge spacers filled with argon gas are specially configured at the glass edges to effectively prevent condensation in winter. Compared to traditional curtain walls, it is estimated to reduce the building's annual heating and cooling energy consumption by approximately 28%.


High-Rise Tower: Safety Fireproofing and Viewing Railings
12+1.52SGP+12 laminated fireproof composite glass is used in the glass railings and some vertical fire-resistant partitions in the high-rise office area. This product not only meets the safety requirement of 1.6 kN/m horizontal load-bearing capacity, but its interlayer film also possesses Class E 60-minute (E60) fire resistance integrity. Even if the glass breaks under extreme conditions, the fragments remain firmly adhered to the SGP film, preventing falls from heights while maintaining a transparent view, ensuring a balance between fire safety and scenic visibility.
Underground Corridors and Skylights
Fall-Proof Safety Skylights The skylights connecting the underground passages to the buildings are equipped with 8mm tempered glass + 1.52mm SGP + 8mm tempered laminated glass, with built-in high-transparency fall-proof metal mesh. This design can withstand strong wind pressure and a snow load of 2.5 kN/m². Even if the glass completely breaks, the metal mesh and the high-bonding SGP layer effectively catch the fragments, eliminating the risk of falls. The overall light transmittance of the glass is approximately 80%, ensuring natural lighting in the underground space, while the fire resistance rating reaches E30, meeting the fire protection requirements of emergency evacuation areas.
