The Quzhou Municipal Police Skills Training Base is an important construction project of the Quzhou Public Security Bureau, aimed at enhancing the training level and practical combat capabilities of police officers. The construction of the base focuses not only on functionality but also on the safety, durability, and aesthetics of the buildings. Glass products have played a significant role in this project.
Tempered laminated glass is used for the glass curtain walls of the training venues, offering high strength and impact resistance to effectively prevent glass breakage caused by accidental collisions. Low-E coated glass is used for the glass curtain walls of the venues, with excellent thermal insulation properties that effectively reduce indoor temperatures and minimize air conditioning energy consumption. Bulletproof glass is used in the target areas of the shooting training hall, effectively withstanding bullet impacts to ensure the safety of the training personnel.
The live-fire shooting range observation wall adopts a 10+10+10 tempered composite structure with a bulletproof film, which can continuously intercept 7.62mm solid bullets, with a light transmittance of ≥70%, and no splash on the backboard, meeting GA 165-2016
The observation windows in the equipment room and ammunition storage are made of 25 mm PC+glass composite, which can withstand 30 hits with a 45 kg sledgehammer without being penetrated, and fragments adhere without scattering, ensuring both the line of sight for on-duty inspections and the safety of equipment.
The "Red vs. Blue" command room in the simulated street shooting gallery uses 25mm B4 grade + one-way film. The outer mirror reflective surface shields the commander, while the inner side is clear for observing tactical drills. A lighting difference of 7:1 is sufficient to achieve the effect.
The exterior curtain wall of the archives building is 8 mm fireproof + 12Ar + 8 mm bulletproof + 8 mm Low-E, fire resistant E60, bulletproof B4, K≤1.1, and one wall has three functions, taking into account energy saving, bulletproof and forest fire risk barrier.
Multifunctional tactical classroom partition: 8 mm + PDLC + 8 mm, 48 V, 0.3 s, atomization/transparency, one-touch switching, and support for connection to the base's intelligent central control system, enabling rapid transition between drill observation and closed discussion modes.
The side walls of the explosive zone in the range control room are 8+0.3V+8+6 laminated, with Rw ≥ 45 dB, and the instantaneous value of gunfire is 140 dB → ≤ 85 dB indoors, ensuring clear command and communication.
The main facade of the comprehensive training building is made of 8+12Ar+8+1.52PVB double silver Low-E, with a light transmittance of 72%, infrared reflection ≥82%, K≤1.1, seamless throughout, self-cleaning nano-TiO₂, and 5G wave-transmitting film with zero signal attenuation, balancing energy conservation and smart police IoT.
