The Quzhou Public Service Center is a place that provides various services to the public, and its architectural design emphasizes environmental protection and energy conservation. We provided laminated glass and insulated glass for the center. The use of laminated glass as a canopy effectively reduces building energy consumption while maintaining good lighting. Hollow glass is used for curtain walls to ensure the safety and aesthetics of buildings.
The main building's facade features 8+12Ar+8+1.52PVB double-silver Low-E ultra-clear units with a transmittance of 72%, a reflection of ≤12%, infrared reflection of ≥82% in summer, and K≤1.1 in winter. The entire glass rib is thermally bent and seamless, and the surface is self-cleaning with nano-TiO₂, which cleans easily with rainwater.
The full-height curtain walls of the laboratory and PCR laboratories are made of 8+12Ar+8+1.52SGP composite fireproofing E60 and thermal insulation I30, which not only meets the lighting requirements of the large space, but also provides a 1-hour fire barrier in the event of a biosafety incident to prevent the spread of viral aerosols.
The outpatient and emergency halls and waiting areas are coated with 8mm silver ion antibacterial coating, with a 24-hour antibacterial rate of ≥99% and a resistance to 5,000 wipes. The surface is hydrophilic and easy to clean, reducing the risk of cross-infection.
The inpatient department adjacent to the city's main road has 8+8+6 laminated floors, Rw ≥ 45 dB, traffic noise reduced to below 35 dB, K ≤ 0.8, and annual air-conditioning energy consumption reduced by another 20%, creating an ICU-level quiet environment.
The fever screening channel and isolation observation area are separated by 25 mm one-way bulletproof composite. The inner side can be observed covertly at low illumination, while the outer side is mirror-reflective, with a lighting difference of 7:1, taking into account both epidemiological investigation and patient privacy.
