Quzhou West Station
Quzhou West Station is a modern transportation hub, with its architectural design emphasizing lighting and visibility. We provide high-quality glass products for this site, including fire-resistant glass, baked paint, insulated glass, and laminated glass. Fireproof glass is used for partitions, laminated glass is used for glass railings, providing good sound and heat insulation effects, and baking paint technology is also used. Hollow glass is used for curtain walls.
The waiting hall is equipped with 8+12Ar+8 double-silver LOW-E ultra-white hollow units, with a light transmittance of 72%, K≤1.1, infrared reflection ≥82% in summer, and heat preservation in winter; the edges are equipped with warm edge strips and filled with argon gas to prevent condensation and reduce operating energy consumption by 25%.
The platform underground passage skylight is made of 10mm steel wire reinforced with fireproof wire, with a fire resistance of E60, and a metal mesh to prevent falling debris; it provides natural lighting and typhoon protection, taking into account safety and visual evacuation instructions.
The south façade canopy eaves feature 6 mm+12A+6 mm double-glazed LED photovoltaic modules with P10 pixels and 20% transmittance. The curtain wall is invisible during the day and displays rolling train schedules and city promotional videos at night, generating 15 kWh/m² of electricity annually.
Baby rooms and barrier-free restrooms feature 5mm anti-fog silver mirrors with capacitive touch, one-touch defogger functionality, integrated train schedule inquiry and emergency call functionality, and can be operated with wet hands, enhancing smart services.
The station attendant's locker room and commercial mezzanine are equipped with 5mm super silver mirror with a reflectivity of ≥94%. It has a moisture-proof back paint and will not produce black spots in high humidity environments and will remain bright for a long time.
The entrance overpass handrail is made of 12+1.52SGP+12 ultra-white laminated plastic, with a horizontal load of 1.5 kN/m². It will not collapse after being broken. It is digitally printed with Quzhou landscape patterns, balancing safety and the city's image.
The partition between the security duty room and the security inspection area is made of 25mm one-way bulletproof composite. The inner side can observe passenger flow covertly under low illumination, while the outer side is mirror-reflective, with a 7:1 lighting difference, taking into account both tactical duty and passenger privacy.
