Bulletproof glass refers to glass that not only has the transparency and image transmission properties of glass, but also has the ability to protect against bullet shooting. It is made by bonding multiple pieces of glass and highly transparent adhesive materials together, and then subjected to high temperature and high pressure. According to the GA165-1997 standard, bulletproof glass is classified into models such as F54, F79, F56, etc. based on its bulletproof ability.
Main characteristics
· The appearance quality is flat, without scratches, the adhesive layer is uniform, without bubbles or any defects, the edges are polished and chamfered, and the brand and model are marked inside the glass, with anti-counterfeiting properties.
· Bullet proof ability, depending on the model, different firearms are used at room temperature. 7.62mm steel core bullets are used, and 3 effective bullets are fired from each pair of bulletproof glass at different distances. The bullet head or shrapnel cannot penetrate the glass, and there is no debris peeling off the back of the impacted glass.
· Transparency: The transparency is 75%, and the quality of the surveillance video image is ensured to meet the requirements through glass.
· Widely applicable, it is used in museums, jewelry stores, financial departments, judicial departments, high-end hotel suites, private clubs, etc.
