Composite fire-resistant glass is a special type of glass composed of two or more layers of ordinary float glass as the outer layer, with transparent fire-resistant and flame-retardant adhesive injected in the middle. Its fire prevention principle is that under fire conditions, the fire-resistant and flame-retardant adhesive gradually foams and expands until it carbonizes, forming a protective layer with very low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance, preventing the flame from spreading to the back fire zone, reducing the heat radiation of the flame on the back fire surface, thus protecting the integrity of the back fire surface items and playing a role in safety and fire prevention. The transparent fire-resistant and flame-retardant adhesive is made of self-made crosslinking agents and oxidation-reduction two-component initiators. The composite fire-resistant glass with stable appearance, wide temperature range, good fire resistance, transparency, heat resistance, cold resistance, UV radiation resistance, impact resistance and other comprehensive properties is produced by grouting method.
