Nano silicon composite fire-resistant glass is a new type of fire-resistant glass made by stacking inorganic expandable nano silicon fire-resistant adhesive and multi-layer glass original sheets through special processes. The nano silicon fire-resistant glass developed and produced by the company has very reliable fire resistance integrity and thermal insulation. It is made by sandwiching two or more layers of glass with one or more layers of nano silicon fire-resistant adhesive, injecting the fire-resistant adhesive into the hollow compartment of laminated glass, and optimizing the composite through condensation to meet the corresponding fire-resistant grade requirements. This sandwich structure tightly adheres the glass to the adhesive liquid, thereby improving safety during use. It can effectively prevent the outer layer of glass from shattering and injuring people, with no risk of self explosion. It has the advantages of good heat resistance, insulation, weather resistance, sound insulation and transparency.
