Vacuum glass is a type of glass that seals two pieces of flat glass around the edges, creates a vacuum in the gap, and seals the exhaust hole. The gap between the two pieces of glass is 0.1-0.2mm. Generally, at least one of the two pieces of vacuum glass is low radiation glass, which minimizes the heat lost through conduction, convection, and radiation of the vacuum glass. Its working principle is the same as that of a glass insulated bottle for thermal insulation.

· Ultra thermal insulation: Using vacuum glass with appropriate shading coefficient can effectively control solar radiation and keep indoor cool in summer; In winter, when the outdoor temperature is -20 ℃, the internal surface temperature of the vacuum glass is only 3-5 ℃ lower than the indoor air temperature, which can maintain indoor warmth and comfort.
· Ultra sound insulation: Easily reduce noise by 42 decibels, block noisy urban environments, and easily surpass ordinary insulated glass installed in homes and workplaces in urban noise environments.
· Frost prevention: Vacuum glass has super strong thermal insulation performance. In the cold winter, even if the outdoor temperature drops to -30 ℃, the temperature of the indoor glass surface is close to room temperature, far higher than the condensation temperature.
· Ultra thin: The thickness of vacuum glass is 8-10mm, with a basis for dual use, much thinner than insulated glass, which can save installation space and window frame materials.
· Long lifespan: Vacuum glass comes with a 30-year warranty, which basically guarantees the same lifespan as door and window systems. The glass surface is not easy to cool, effectively preventing the formation of frost and water mist, preventing the decay of wooden windows and oxidation of aluminum frames, and also increasing the durability and service life of window frames.
